Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Displate India, we want you to absolutely love what you receive. Every product goes through careful quality checks, but in case something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple.

We’ve designed our return and replacement policy with two things in mind:
 ✅ Fairness to our customers
 ✅ Transparency from our side

General Policy

  • We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange window starting from the date of delivery. 

  • Customers have an additional 7 days to ensure the returned product(s) reach us

If Your Product Arrives with an Issue(Full support from us) 

On rare occasions, things may go wrong during processing. If you ever receive a product with any of the following issues, we’ll take complete responsibility:

  • Wrong size or design sent

  • Printing issues (faded colors, spots, patches)

  • Stitching concerns (loose threads, broken seams)

Your Options:

  • Full Refund: Return the product and receive 100% of your money back.

  • Replacement:

    • Standard replacement (Free): We’ll arrange Pickup → Quality check → Send you a fresh piece (this process takes approx. 15 days).

    • Express replacement (₹200 shipping only): If you need a quick replacement, we’ll dispatch the new product right away without waiting for the old one. You get to keep both pieces

If You’d Like a Different Size or Change of Design 

We provide clear sizing and design details to help you pick the best fit. But if you’d still like a different size or style:

  • Exchanges: Switch to another size by paying 50% of the new product’s price.
     (Example: You ordered XL and prefer XXL → pay half the price of XXL.)

Size Disclaimer 

  • All products are crafted with care. To ensure the best fit, we maintain a margin of 1–2 cm in dimensions.

Return & Exchange Guidelines 

Pickup Process 

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup at your doorstep. Our courier partner will attempt pickup twice.

  • If pickup isn’t possible in your area, you can easily ship the product back to us. Don’t worry — our support team will guide you through the process.

  • To avoid confusion, we recommend recording a short video while packing and handing over the item.

Condition of Products 

  • Please return the product in its original condition — unused, with packaging intact.

  • Products that arrive back in a used or damaged condition may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping Charges 

  • Covered by us in cases of quality or dispatch issues.

  • May apply for preference-based returns (like size changes).

Non-Eligible Products 

  • Custom orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exception: If a custom order arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching issue, printing error, wrong size/design), it will be eligible for return or replacement.

Exchanged Orders 

  • Each order can be exchanged once. After the replacement has been delivered, no further exchanges/refunds will be possible for that order.

Order Cancellations 

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you can still use our return/exchange process.

Damaged on Arrival 

  • Please record an unboxing video or photos showing the product and shipping label.

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.

Refund Timeline 

  • Store Credit: Issued within 24–48 hours of receiving your return.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Available in cases of quality or dispatch issues, processed within 3–5 working days.
